Site Manager Refurbishment Project
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: 14th September
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Duxford.
The project will involve a range of refurbishment and improvement works, including replacing lighting, scaffold erection and management, working at height and general site coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and coordination of site activities.
- Supervising subcontractors and the site workforce.
- Coordinating refurbishment works, including lighting replacement and associated works.
- Managing and overseeing scaffold erection and dismantling.
- Carrying out and recording scaffold inspections.
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements.
- Monitoring site progress, quality and workmanship.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised working environment.
- Liaising with the project management team, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring site documentation, permits, RAMS and inspections are kept up to date. xgikmsk
- Reporting progress and any issues to the Project Manager.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications/certificates:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Working at Heights
- Scaffold Inspection / CISRS Scaffold Inspection qualification
