Do you have the ability to win new business, build strong client relationships and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish?
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business.
Construction recruitment experience is essential for this role.
This is a genuine 360 position, meaning you will be responsible for both winning and developing clients as well as sourcing and placing candidates. We are looking for someone who already has experience building their own desk and, importantly, can demonstrate a proven ability to bring new construction clients and vacancies into a business.

The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining relationships with construction clients.
Winning new business and generating new vacancies.
Utilising your existing construction network and contacts.
Bringing new clients into the business.
Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates.
Booking candidates into suitable temporary and permanent positions.
Managing the recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement.
Developing and growing your own desk.
Negotiating rates and terms with clients.
Building long-term client relationships.
Working towards agreed targets.
Providing an excellent service to both clients and candidates.
Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business.
About You We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who understands the construction sector and is confident operating in a 360 recruitment environment.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
Previous experience within construction recruitment.
An established network of construction clients and contacts.
A proven track record of winning new business.
The ability to generate your own vacancies and develop new accounts.
Experience sourcing and placing construction candidates.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A commercial and target-driven approach.
The motivation to develop your own desk and grow with the business.
Most importantly, you must be able to demonstrate that you have successfully won your own construction clients and have the confidence and ability to bring new business into the company.
