Do you have the ability to win new business, build strong client relationships and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish? We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business. Construction recruitment experience is essential for this role. This is a genuine 360 position, meaning you will be responsible for both winning and developing clients as well as sourcing and placing candidates. We are looking for someone who already has experience building their own desk and, importantly, can demonstrate a proven ability to bring new construction clients and vacancies into a business. Utilising your existing construction network and contacts. Bringing new clients into the business. Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates. Booking candidates into suitable temporary and permanent positions. Managing the recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement.
