We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a 5-week project in Rainham, Essex.
Project Overview:
- Refurbishment of 3 toilet blocks
- Asbestos removal
- White Rock wall cladding installation
- M&E works
- Ceiling installation
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects
- Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and to programme
