We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer to join our growing team based in South Woodford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in bid writing and coordination, particularly within the public sector, to play a key role in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification through to submission
- Writing, editing and reviewing high-quality, compelling bid responses
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure timely submissions
- Managing and maintaining bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control
- Working with various procurement portals and systems
- Ensuring all submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer role
- Proven experience working with SQs (Selection Questionnaires) and tender portals
- Strong document management and organisational skills
- Demonstrable experience within the public sector, including sectors such as social housing and leisure centres
- Excellent written English with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
