Vita Mojo is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own a mixed portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, driving value, retention and commercial growth. You’ll lead discussions from C-suite to operations, report to the Head of Client Success, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
You’ll work in a scale-up with changing needs, own renewals, manage risks, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities while helping mature our CS function.
