About the role
The Client Success team is at the heart of everything that Vita Mojo does. Our mission is simple - to constantly strive to make our clients successful by using the Vita Mojo suite of products to the fullest.
Working with new and existing clients your primary focus will be to ensure our clients are effectively onboarded and to drive the adoption of Vita Mojo’s products. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our company journey, getting stuck into projects, whilst supporting our growing team and client portfolio. You’ll need to be curious, organised, detail-oriented, proactive and tech-savvy to thrive in this role.
You’ll join an existing team of Implementation Associates and become a technical specialist, focusing on configurations and basic hardware. You will play a key role in supporting clients during their crucial launch and expansion phases. While prior experience is not required, you will collaborate closely with our technical and hardware teams to develop your skills and expertise.
The day-to-day
Sitting within the operations side of the Client Success team, you will be supporting implementation work for our new clients, plus existing clients looking to expand further sites and modules. To achieve this you will work closely with our Implementation Project Managers, Solutions Consultants, Hardware team and Client Success Managers. While the below is not an exhaustive list of your duties, it outlines the bulk of the role on a day-to-day basis.
- Working on restaurant ordering journey configurations and menu building to help progress client implementations.
- Supporting our clients at go live with proactive contact to ensure a smooth transition to VM Day 1.
- Project managing end-to-end implementation of new restaurant launches and channel upsells for our clients.
- Communicating with clients to help move their onboarding project forward and training them on our systems.
- Supporting the ordering and dispatch of new hardware supporting the hardware team, and engaging with distributors and installers.
- Contributing to services such as menu health checks and webinars to support our clients in realising value.
- Updating internal and external documentation such as implementation playbooks and set‑up guides.
- Attending weekly internal Client Success team meetings and providing regular updates on projects you are involved in.
- Assisting with internal projects outside of day‑to‑day client implementations.
- Supporting with technical triage and troubleshooting of our product.
About you
- Professional experience in a customer facing role.
- Tech savvy and used to a variety of platforms such as G‑Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- You’re a creative thinker: you love coming up with new ideas and tackling problems.
- You love the details and understand the importance of execution.
- Want to get technical and explore both the hardware and software side of our solution.
- Confidence to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Inquisitive, keen to learn, grow new skills and try new things each day.
- You enjoy being in a busy and dynamic working environment.

- Experience in hospitality or a related tech business.
- Experience working in and building processes in Monday.com as a project management tool.

Holiday Allowance
Team members receive 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays. This increases with each full year of service, up to 28 days.

Parental Leave
Our enhanced parental leave policy supports all new parents after three months of employment. Primary caregivers receive 16 weeks of full pay, followed by 50% pay for an additional 16 weeks. Secondary caregivers receive four weeks of full pay, plus an additional two weeks after three years of service.
