Contract: Permanent/Full time but part-time will be considered

Salary: Competitive base + monthly performance related bonus structure

We have an excellent opportunity for physiotherapists in the first of our new Spire clinics offering outstanding MSK services to a wide range of clients. You will join a vastly experienced clinical team, prioritising a focus on professional development, clinical excellence and the provision of a first-class customer experience. You will benefit from strong links with local orthopaedic consultants and have the support of a dedicated team of on-site administration staff to help with bookings. We operate from a high quality state-of-the-art facility which includes a large open plan rehab space with a comprehensively kitted out gym including squat rack, leg press and other strength and conditioning equipment as well as spacious, bright and high specification treatment rooms enabling you to guide patients through their rehab journey from early to end stage.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a highly varied clinical caseload and meet service level expectation for a broad range of referrers
  • Commit to delivering effective, evidence based and patient centred assessments and treatments with a focus on providing high levels of customer service
  • Use outcome measures to demonstrate treatment effect
  • Provide evidence-based treatment and management of patients to achieve rapid return to function
  • Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with our existing consultant referral pathways
