Job responsibilities:

  • Bring your passion, personality, creativity, and clinical expertise to a role that makes a real difference.
  • As a qualified PWP, you will:
    • Assess suitability of new referrals through telephone assessments.
    • Provide short‑term, low‑intensity interventions via telephone, online webinars, and computerised CBT (cCBT).
    • Work closely with colleagues at Steps 3 and 4, and external services, to support safe onward referrals and step‑ups.
    • Maintain and advocate for patient dignity, confidentiality and inclusivity at all times.

Getting to know You:

We are looking for:

  • A Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Low Intensity Interventions (Adults).
  • BABCP or BPS registration (or pending registration).
  • Experience of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.

This is a remote or hybrid role; if hybrid there will be some face‑to‑face work in K+M clinics.
