Overview
VitaMinds Derbyshire, in partnership with Joined Up Care Derbyshire, delivers NHS Talking Therapies across Derby and Derbyshire.
Responsibilities
As a qualified PWP, you will assess the suitability of new referrals via telephone, provide short‑term, low‑intensity interventions through telephone, online webinars, and computerised CBT (CCBT). You will work closely with Steps 3 and 4, and external services to support safe onward referrals and step‑ups, maintaining patient dignity, confidentiality and inclusivity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Low Intensity Interventions (Adults).
- BABCP or BPS registration or pending registration.
- Experience working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.
- Commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion.
Conditions
Work minimum of 2 days per week on site in Derbyshire, face‑to‑face work in and around the High Peak area. Preferred start date July/August. Salary £31,486 to £38,328 per annum full‑time equivalent.
