We have a great opportunity for a Principal Clinical Lead to join our services across Bristol, West Essex and Basildon & Brentwood. As a people‑centred company, we are keen to develop individuals' careers where their interests apply.
Main duties of the job
What you will do in the role:
- As part of the Mental Health Senior Leadership Team, the Principal Clinical Lead is responsible for clinically leading regional services within the NHS Talking Therapies Business Unit.
- Strategic clinical service planning for multiple services, clinical oversight and accountability, strong team leadership.
- Fostering a strong relationship with regional operational counterparts and close collaboration with other departments to achieve VHGs objectives.
- Driving strong clinical outcomes and achieving clinical KPIs in the regional services.
- Aligning best clinical practice and driving clinical excellence within the region.
This role is remote with an expectation to travel at least once a month to London or Manchester, quarterly to Bristol and annually to Essex.
