Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive the future of Mental Health services across our NHS division. As Operations Director, you'll lead a high performing Mental Health Leadership team and take ownership of all operational delivery within the Mental Health Business Unit.
Main duties of the job:
- Working in close partnership with the Managing Director, Physical Health Operations Director and Head of Strategy & System, you'll help shape an ambitious strategic vision for the Mental Health market and turn that vision into reality.
- As a key member of the NHS Board, you'll champion Mental Health priorities. You'll make sure central and supporting functions stay aligned, focused and delivering at pace.
- You'll be accountable for operational excellence, financial performance and proactive risk management across the Mental Health Business Unit.
- You'll drive continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver outstanding outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
Essential Criteria includes:
- 3 years+ senior management experience and proven leadership within a Mental Health Service
- 3 years+ experience of delivering operations in a senior management position in a high achieving/ target driven environment
- 3 years+ experience of owning and managing senior customer/ ICB relationships.
- Experience of full P&L and Financial accountability, for multiple services
- Strong familiarity of using PowerBi for data analysis
