Vita Health Group, in partnership with the NHS, is seeking a proactive GP Liaison Officer to support services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This field-based role links Vita Health Group with GP practices and other healthcare professionals to drive referrals into mental health services and ensure timely patient access.
You will work with practice managers and clinicians, building strong relationships, promoting services and using data to identify engagement.
