At Spire Workplace Health, part of the wider Spire Healthcare group, we’re looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse or Practitioner to step into a key clinical leadership role. This is an opportunity to shape, guide, and support mental health services at a strategic level—providing expert duty support and influencing complex clinical decisions that genuinely matter.

Working at the heart of our corporate mental health service, you’ll support challenging assessments, treatment pathways, and risk management while empowering fellow practitioners to deliver outstanding, evidence‑based care. You’ll play a vital role in driving clinical excellence through case reviews, audits, and competency support, ensuring best practice and NICE‑aligned care across the service.

This role is ideal for a confident, compassionate practitioner ready to elevate standards, mentor peers, and grow their leadership impact within a forward‑thinking team. Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm, this is your chance to help shape something special while making a lasting difference to clinicians and clients alike.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified, Registered Mental Health Professional i.e. practitioner psychologist, occupational therapist, Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) (registered with relevant professional body, i.e. HCPC, NMC, GMC).
  • NMC registration/ Accredited Membership of BACP, UKCP, BCP or NCS.
  • Experience of working with a range of mental health presentations.
  • Passionate about clinical quality and supporting therapists to be the best they can be for their clients.
