At Vita Health Group our mission is “making people better”, and we are looking to recruit experienced CBT therapists to achieve that mission. We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for affiliate CBT therapists to join our expanding team, delivering face‑to‑face sessions in central London—complete with a fully provided consulting room.

The Role

  • As a face‑to‑face CBT therapist, you have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to people’s emotional health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver structured short‑term, solution‑focused wellbeing therapy, typically between ten to sixteen sessions.
  • Choose to work with adults, or adults and children/young people if qualified in this area.
  • Receive clients via our easy‑to‑use portal.
  • Have the support of a wider clinical and operational team.
  • Work the hours that are convenient to you.
  • Get paid for every session delivered.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A recognised CBT qualification – ideally a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT.
  • BABCP accredited membership (or provisional).
  • Two or more years of postgraduate CBT experience, preferably with a variety of diverse client groups.
  • Knowledge of using the Stepped Care Model and assessment tools PHQ‑9 and GAD‑7.
