Vita Health Group, part of Spire Healthcare Group, are seeking an inspiring Administrator Team Lead to join our new clinic in Corstorphine, West Edinburgh. This is an integral role for the delivery of our new clinic. The successful candidate will manage a team of administrators to ensure administrative and operational tasks are effectively completed at the clinic. You will work closely with the Clinic Team Lead and the Regional Administration Manager to ensure processes are optimised and patients have a premium experience throughout their visit with us.
Role requirements
- The successful candidate will have experience managing individuals.
- Experience in a healthcare administration setting is desirable.
- This role includes rota-based working, with two evening shifts per week and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rotas for the team ensuring staff cover during all clinic hours.
- Work with the central business functions such as governance, finance and IT to meet all compliance needs.
- Manage administrative team effectively ensuring high performance and satisfaction.
