The Role: What you will do?

The Role:

We are Vita Health Group and we’re looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager to join our service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
  • Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
  • Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations
  • Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery
  • Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
