Vita Health Group offers corporate, occupational, private and sports physiotherapy services. We are a team of highly trained MSK clinicians, members of BASRaT, who value clinical standards and customer service. Our holistic approach delivers a variety of treatments to support clients during recovery.

What you will do in the role

As an experienced MSK clinician you will deliver remote assessment and treatment sessions via online platforms. You will provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb, manage a professional caseload, and work within a flexible schedule usually 8:00‑16:00, Monday to Friday.

Skills and Experience

  • Essential
  • Have completed a BASRaT accredited degree (e.g. Sport Rehabilitation).
  • Full graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to use the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator.
  • Experience working individually and within a team.
  • Ability to set goals and design individualized, progressive rehabilitation programmes.
  • Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
  • Sound musculoskeletal knowledge, including assessment and treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb and lower limb, and awareness of post‑operative protocols and precautions.
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of clients.
  • Commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
  • Desirable
  • Proven experience managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes.
  • Experience in health coaching.
  • Experience in remote (especially video) MSK triage, planning and management.
  • Post‑graduate experience in an MSK triage setting.
  • Ability to speak another language.
