Reporting to the Operational Lead, you will serve as the Operational Team Manager for our Talking Therapies service in Derby. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring our clinicians deliver exceptional service and we meet all performance targets.
As the Operational Team Manager, you will lead a team of clinicians, including managing their performance, supporting their professional development, and upholding clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating staff and resources to drive operational efficiency and achieve service goals. Working closely with the Operational Lead, you will contribute to system and service planning. Fostering strong collaboration with clinical teams and other departments will be key to maintaining high-quality care. Building and nurturing effective relationships with internal and external partners will also be essential for supporting the service's objectives.
Please note this is a fixed term position for 9 months. Start date will be beginning of May 2026.
