Job Introduction

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
  • Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
  • Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Management of customer queries and requests for support, ensuring timely and informative response to address questions raised.
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations.
  • Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery.
  • Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role.
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.

Additional Information

A hybrid role, predominately working from home with a requirement to work from an office based in Congleton, Cheshire on a regular basis. Further travel required to meet an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
