The role leads to qualification via a one-year, full-time PGDip Cognitive Behavioural Therapy starting 1 March 2027, with induction at Vita Health Group and at the University of Lincoln.
Typical week: 3 days in clinical practice (Wed–Fri) and 2 days at university (Mon–Tue), with hybrid learning and some remote work.
