The Role: What you will do?

Vita Health Group, in partnership with the NHS, is looking for a proactive and organised GP Liaison Officer to support services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. In this field-based role, you will act as the key link between Vita Health Group and local GP practices, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders, driving referrals into our mental health services and helping ensure patients receive timely access to support. Working closely with practice managers, clinicians and wider healthcare teams, you will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, promote our services, and use data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. This is a fast-paced, strategic role with accountability for delivering referral targets and enhancing our presence within the local healthcare community.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record in account management, business development or stakeholder engagement.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
