Job Introduction
Vita Health Group, part of Spire Healthcare Group, are seeking organised and enthusiastic Administrators to join our new clinic in Corstorphine, West Edinburgh. As a member of the administration team, you will be the face of our new Spire West Edinburgh Clinic, greeting service users and ensuring they have a best-in-class experience at our clinics. The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing, working with our Administration Team Lead and the wider clinical team to ensure all administrative functions are seamlessly conducted, including appointment scheduling, call handling, billing, and daily checklists.

Role Requirements
Previous experience in an administration or reception role is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, quick to learn new tasks, and able to work effectively as part of a team. This role includes rota-based working, with two evening shifts per week and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.

- Deliver effective, evidence-based, patient-centred assessments and treatments, with a strong focus on excellent customer service
- Manage a varied clinical caseload and meet service level expectations across a broad range of referrers
