Salary: £26,000 per annum
Commission: On Target Earnings (OTE) £40,000 per annum

Due to continued growth, Vita Student is looking to expand its sales team, based predominantly at our beautiful head office in Alderley Edge. This Lettings Executive will be part of a centralised UK Sales team providing frontline support to assist with the sales and marketing of our student accommodation to achieve 100% occupancy within the accommodation portfolio for the forthcoming academic year.
Our Resident Lettings Executive\’s
Reporting to a cross-function of both Sales & Marketing Management; our Resident Lettings Executive will efficiently deal with leads created by our marketing department with the goal of exceeding sales targets by booking students into our buildings remotely or setting up viewings with our residence-based teams.
- Deal with enquiries by phone, email and by instant messaging platforms such as WeChat and WhatsApp.
- Facilitate bookings remotely for students based in the UK and overseas from our Head Office.
- Create referral and rebooking opportunities through strong relationships with our students, and utilisation of social media such as TikTok, Instagram, WeChat and Red.
- Set up viewings with our residence-based teams around the UK.
- Spread Vita Student\’s brand awareness.
- Follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation.

- Daily & weekly targets.
- Lead conversions.
- Volume of secured lettings.
- Feedback from daily activities.
Who We\’re Looking For
A highly driven, detail-oriented and target driven customer focussed candidate with experience dealing with prospective customers remotely, especially over the phone.
Professional Experience
- A target-driven sales or promotions professional with a proven ability to outperform goals and thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
- An enthusiastic individual with experience reaching global customers.
- Familiarity of working across a variety of cultures, languages, and varying time zones.
- Previous residential / lettings experience would be desirable.
Personal Characteristics
- Have a high standard of English (written and oral).
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual skills are highly desirable.
- A personable character and the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and face to face.
- A strong sense of ownership, emotional intelligence, and a determination to turn challenges into results.
- Be resilient and persistent — not discouraged by rejection or difficult conversations.
- Emotional intelligence — able to read tone, context, and non-verbal cues to guide conversations and decisions.

Working Hours
Domestic Working Patterns: Office work requirements will usually be Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Flexibility offered with a day of working from home or on-site at our residence properties across the UK.
International Working Patterns: You may be required to work adjusted or flexible shifts to support our global student base; this could include early or late hours to engage with prospective residents in the Asia–Pacific region, or evening availability to accommodate North American students.
