The predicted salary is between 28500 - 31500 £ per year.

Salary: £28,500 plus 10% KPI related bonus

Contract: Permanent, 42.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Our Supervisors work collaboratively throughout the full working week Monday – Sunday. Shifts can start as early as 7am and finish as late as 9pm with an expectation of doing 2 late finishes per week. Days and hours will rotate weekly subject to demands and team availability, including 1 weekend in 3 or 4.

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Residence Supervisor to support with the day‑to‑day operations of our residential property, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all students and their guests.

Responsibilities
  • The position provides daily support to our management team, customer service team, maintenance operations and housekeeping; ensuring the building, its services, amenities and colleagues are working together to achieve the high standards the Vita brand prides itself on.
  • Supervise team members with operational duties, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team performance to management.
  • Motivate, coach and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive working environment during shifts.
  • Create an atmosphere centred on delivering first class service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services, offering support and information to team members.
  • Train new team members in company standards, customer service and operational duties ensuring brand delivery at all times.
  • Connect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage a strong Vita Student community.
  • Audit and oversee operational practices and make suggestions for improvements to the management team.
  • Work with the management team to set, evaluate, operations, logistics, projects and overall strategic goals.
Qualifications / Experience

We are looking for someone with experience of supporting colleagues across multi‑functioning teams, providing support and guidance where required. The ideal candidate has played a key role in supervising, mentoring, guiding and coordinating colleagues in a supervisory or team‑leadership role, and has a hands‑on, proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas. They should be technologically astute.
