Vita Group is hiring a Night-Time Customer Service Assistant for our Manchester site on First Street.

This FTC role covers 27 hours per week with shifts 9pm–6am, paying £13.45 per hour plus holiday pay (£15.07 total).

You will greet residents, answer enquiries, keep communal areas clean and safe, conduct block walks every 4–6 hours, replenish refreshments, and act as the first point of contact for incidents, while upholding health and safety standards across the site.
