Night Concierge - Vita Living

High-end furnishings, best-in-class amenity spaces including private dining rooms, co-working spaces, cinemas, lounges, and state of the art gyms, extend the home to create the perfect environment for residents to thrive., Our Night Concierge team play a critical role within the day-to-day operations of Vita Uhaus, supporting our residents and helping to maintain building standards.

• Ensure that designated areas of the building (both internally & externally) are cleaned to high standards.

• Follow assigned cleaning schedule, ensuring allocated communal areas are cleaned to a high standard

• Maintain external areas; terrace, smoking areas and bin-store are cleaned throughout the evening.

• Provide a great customer service greeting and welcoming residents and guests

• Attend to any query or incident that may arise with residents and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Follow Health & Safety guidelines ensuring building and residents are safe

• In the unlikely event of an emergency; remain calm, follow procedure, escalate to management and contact relevant emergency services as required., Vita Uhaus delivers a luxury, all-encompassing residential experience to our residents. Our aim is to guarantee the best customer service to all guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Night Concierge play a critical role ensuring that these standards are met throughout our buildings ensuring a pleasant, clean and comfortable environment for our residents. We are looking for:

• An experienced Customer Service professional who can demonstrate confidence and professionalism in a customer facing role.

• Experienced in cleaning duties, ideally with a background working in large, multi-room premises such as resident accommodation, hotels, hospitals, retail etc.

• Vibrant, bubbly personalities to match our Vita Group culture

• Able to commit to a zero hour contract

• Duties are audited using tablets, therefore someone with IT experience, ideally using tablets or smart phone devices would be desirable

• Our Night Concierge largely work individually rather than in larger teams, therefore we require someone who is comfortable working independently
