Vita Group is seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant in Lewisham to provide exceptional, personalised service to residents during night hours. You will greet residents, respond to enquiries, and ensure the premium site is clean and well maintained.
The role requires flexibility across 9:30pm–6:30am, 27 hours per week, with a focus on safety, parcel management and incident response. Previous hospitality or concierge experience is beneficial.
