Hourly Rate: £13.45

Contract: Permanent, 25 hours per week

Working Hours: Fixed shift patterns, Monday - Friday between 6am – 11am

As part of our premium services, we’re building a brand new team, including Customer Service Assistants to support our breakfast service. Our Breakfast Customer Service Assistants are responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner, ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace, often requiring adherence to food safety regulations and effective communication with the breakfast service team.

  • Meet & greet residents and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude.
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Ensure residents and facilities are being well respected by all fellow residents and guests.
  • Monitor produce stock levels and communicate needs to the site manager; assist in ordering produce to maintain appropriate inventory.
  • Respond to all questions, queries and requests in a helpful manner.
  • Ensure the kitchen and breakfast areas are clean and tidy.
  • Deep-clean specific equipment or appliances such as fridges & ovens as required.
  • Replenish refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine food products.
  • Be the primary point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.

A customer service professional with a background in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Well versed in kitchen regulations. Our operations run seamlessly with the support of a variety of technology systems and software; our Customer Service Assistant must be technologically astute.

Flexibility: Our facilities are open to residents 24 hours a day, 356 days a year including all bank holidays, festive & religious breaks. Where festive and religious celebrations require time off, we will always try to accommodate, however flexibility from our Customer Service Assistants is imperative to be available as required to ensure continuous service to residents.
