Breakfast Customer Service Advisor (Part-time, 20 hours per week). Working hours: 6:30am β 11:00am, Monday – Friday. Hourly rate: Β£13.
Vita Student offers luxury studio living with premium amenities. A breakfast service is provided to residents, and the Breakfast Customer Service Assistant will be involved in preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast items to a high standard, while keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet residents and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace; adhere to food safety regulations.
- Ensure residents and facilities are respected by all colleagues and guests.
- Monitor produce stock levels and assist in ordering to maintain inventory.
- Respond to questions, queries and requests in a helpful manner.
- Keep kitchen and breakfast areas clean and tidy; deep-clean equipment as required.
- Replenish refreshment stock (coffee, tea, milk, vending items).
- Be the primary point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.

- A customer service professional with a background in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Well versed in kitchen regulations.
- Technologically astute; comfortable with a variety of software and systems.
