Working Patterns: Our Management Team works flexibly throughout the week Monday – Sunday. Days and hours rotate weekly, subject to demand and team availability, working on average 1 weekend out of 3 or 4.

Our Residence Managers manage a team of dedicated employees, including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Maintenance Teams, Customer Service & Housekeeping. They deliver exceptional leadership, streamline best practice and ensure our buildings, services and amenities run smoothly to meet our premium brand standards.
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring clear communication and a positive work environment.
- Handle resident enquiries, complaints and disputes while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and guests.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with operatives and contractors, inspecting properties to ensure timely completion.
- Manage tenant agreements and monitor P&L, identifying cost‑savings without compromising luxury amenities.
- Enforce building rules, regulations and safety standards in compliance with laws.
- Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, coordinating actions during critical situations.
- Assist with marketing vacant studios, showcase properties and manage the leasing process; organise events to foster a positive community atmosphere.

Professional Experience:- Experienced leader with oversight of team management, daily operations, facilities management and budgeting.
- Skilled in leading and developing teams, ensuring high performance and staff satisfaction.
- Premium brand ambassador who communicates the brand’s story and values to customers.
- Strong experience in creating and managing operating budgets, reducing costs and negotiating contracts.
- Developed and implemented customer satisfaction programmes.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols and safety procedures.
- Technologically astute, able to utilise a variety of software and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate, lead and develop teams.
- Hands‑on attitude with strong communication and people‑management skills.

- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in varied shift patterns, days and hours (early starts up to 7 a.m., late finishes up to 9 p.m., with 2 late finishes per week and 1 weekend in 3).
