Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet residents and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude.
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety regulations.
- Ensure residents and facilities are being well respected by all fellow residents and guests.
- Monitor produce stock levels and communicate needs to the site manager; assist in ordering produce to maintain appropriate inventory.
- Respond to all questions, queries and requests in a helpful manner.
- Ensure the kitchen and breakfast areas are clean and tidy.
- Deep-clean specific equipment or appliances such as fridges & ovens as required.
- Replenish refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine food products.
- Be the primary point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.
