- A genuine desire to provide great service and support others.
- The ability to work independently while being a positive and collaborative team member.
Desireable Experience
- Experience using a CAFM, service desk, or ticket management system, such as INVIDA, ServiceNow, Planon, Concept, or similar platforms.
- Experience working within facilities management, property, maintenance, engineering, or a related environment.
- A basic understanding of maintenance terminology and building services.
- Experience raising purchase orders and supporting invoice processing.
- Exposure to working with external suppliers, contractors, or procurement activities.
Personal Qualities and Characteristics
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive and positive, with a knack for finding solutions and getting things done.
- Reliable and dependable, taking ownership of your work and following through on commitments.
- Curious and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
- A supportive team player who enjoys working with others and building positive relationships.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to stay calm and focused when priorities change.
