About the Role
Vita CV is hiring on behalf of a long-established UK-based insurance provider for an Outbound Telesales role. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive base salary, high earning potential, and equipment provided. Key Responsibilities
- Make 150–200 outbound calls per day using an automated dialler
- Speak with new, previous, and existing customers to recommend suitable insurance products
- Sell cover plans for household appliances and tech
- Achieve a daily sales target of 7–10 units
- Build rapport with customers and follow a compliant sales process
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of outbound sales or telesales experience
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
