About the Role
The Email Marketing Assistant will support the planning, building, and reporting of email campaigns, helping the team deliver well‑targeted, well‑tested email content to engaged audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email campaigns within the client’s email platform
- Help segment audience lists for targeted campaigns
- Proof and test emails for accuracy, deliverability, and rendering
- Track and report on email performance metrics (open, click, conversion)
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times
- Maintain organised campaign records and reusable templates
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers on email assets
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior experience or qualification in email marketing or a related field
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Good attention to detail, especially around proofing and testing
