About the Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an Email Marketing Assistant on a part‑time, fully remote basis. This is suited to candidates with prior email marketing exposure who want to develop within a structured, performance‑focused team.
About the Role
The Email Marketing Assistant will support the planning, building, and reporting of email campaigns, helping the team deliver well‑targeted, well‑tested email content to engaged audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email campaigns within the client’s email platform
- Help segment audience lists for targeted campaigns
- Proof and test emails for accuracy, deliverability, and rendering
- Track and report on email performance metrics (open, click, conversion)
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times
- Maintain organised campaign records and reusable templates
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers on email assets
What We’re Looking For
- Some prior experience or qualification in email marketing or a related field
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Good attention to detail, especially around proofing and testing
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud platforms
