About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will support a range of internal administrative functions including document management, scheduling, correspondence, and reporting, helping the wider team operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal documentation, filing, and digital records accurately
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate notes where required
- Handle inbound correspondence and route enquiries to relevant teams
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic data summaries
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRMs

What We're Looking For
