About the Role
The Customer Support Representative will handle a broad range of customer enquiries, support internal teams with case resolution, and contribute to ongoing service improvements through team collaboration.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries across email, phone, and chat
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with appropriate follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams during in-office days to resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate case records and CRM data after each interaction
- Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to process improvements
- Support new team members through buddying and knowledge sharing
- Follow agreed service standards and response-time expectations
What We're Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident handling complex enquiries with empathy and clarity
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard support tools
- Ability to work both independently from home and collaboratively in the office
- Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
- Able to attend the Bristol office for agreed hybrid working days
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot Service Hub, or Freshdesk
- Previous exposure to multi-channel customer support environments
