IN A NUTSHELL, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
SUPPORTING THE EAMEA OPERATIONS TEAM
- Owning the day-to-day order management for EXPORT customers and the Spanish market, ensuring that designated deadlines and service levels are met.
- Inputting orders and posting deliveries on SAP, maintaining a PO tracker and highlighting any delivery or credit issues.
- Inbounding containers on SAP and solving variances.
- Performing weekly order reconciliations to check for discrepancies.
- Supporting the team with month end processes and projects.
- Maintain and update EXPORTS SOPs.
- Manage stock at risk (with low BBD), flag to Sales team and monitor actions taken to clear the stock.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY
- Being the first point of contact for the export customers.
- Supporting the US based customer service team and monitoring customer complaints.
- Seek opportunities to improve service and deliver more cost-effective ways of working.
SERVICE LEVEL TARGETS
- Tracking of inbound shipments, main metrics and service level KPIs.
- Contributing to the improvement in Supply planning and streamlining processes.
SUPPLY PLANNING
- Foster strong relationships with the planning team, to make sure production is on time.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders like Finance team and Export teams to make sure the monthly orders process runs smoothly.
- Foster strong relationships with the warehouse teams to promote collaboration.
- Identify improvement opportunities related to inbounds and outbounds.
- Work with the sales and forecasting team to align on accurate forecast and ensure stock holding that balances forecast with capacity constraints.
- Evaluate potential supply risks and proactively communicate SKU availability issues to internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years experience in Supply Chain.
- Spanish and English languages required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and cross-functionally.
- Power user of MS 365 Suite - Knowledge of PowerBI/SAP nice to have.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, positive and flexible attitude.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently using own initiative.
