In a Nutshell, You Will Be Responsible For
- Market, Competitor and Retailer Intelligence: Own the monthly reporting cycle for your markets and ensure the business is kept abreast of anything important within the category.
- Data Analysis & Recommendations: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for commercial and marketing teams. Develop compelling category stories that influence both internal stakeholders, retail partners & distributors. Support customer teams with data-driven recommendations for range, space, and merchandising.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales to embed category thinking into customer plans and negotiations. Work with Marketing to ensure consumer and category insight informs brand strategy and NPD. Collaborate with Operations and Finance to support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews.
- Internal Capability & Development: Champion category thinking across the organisation. Share best practices, tools, and insight frameworks to elevate commercial capability.

- Excellent communication and ability to draw actionable conclusions, structure and deliver presentations in a clear and compelling way.
- A proactive and results-driven individual who enjoys collaborating with others, sharing expertise to elevate the team’s performance.
- Power user of MS 365 Suite.
- The passion to work in the food and drink industry and most importantly, a love of coconut water!
