We have multiple Class 5 Linehaul Drivers position available within our Visy Logistics Freight Team.

Routes
Driving Hasting- Auckland and across both the North and South Islands.
Locations: Based out of Hastings.
Hours: min 45 hours, full-time permanent position. You may be required to be away for 1-2 nights at a time.
What you'll do
- Operate B Train combinations for timely and efficient freight pick-up and delivery to sites across both North and South Island.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.
- Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.
- Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.
- Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.
What You Will Bring
- A valid Clean Class 5 Licence and Dangerous Goods Licence.
- Proven experience operating Class 5 Semi-Trailer and B-Train Trucks is essential.
- Experience with Curtain Siders, Truck & Trailer or Container Trailers is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of the regional areas and South Island routes.
- Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
- Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
