Job Title: Experienced Administrator (Short-Term Contract)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administrator to provide support during a short-term contract in Aberdeen. Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel and Accommodation Coordination:
  • Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for company personnel.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently, keeping within budget and ensuring the comfort of employees.
  • Provide itinerary details and manage any last-minute changes or adjustments.
  • Internal Communications Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for internal communications within the company.
  • Disseminate key information to team members and assist with organising internal meetings or events.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong background in travel booking and internal communications.
