I am hiring for a full time, on-site role for a world leading designer and installer of flexible systems for the pharmaceutical industry. The role will be based in Cheshire.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in cradle to grave design projects, leading the focus to embed ‘design for manufacture’ throughout the team.
  • Provide strong technical direction and design leadership to the team and manage projects where required, adhering to defined company processes and procedures.
  • Have a strong focus and proficient use of 3D (Solid Works) to prepare design for manufacturing drawings, validate design concepts and deliver product support documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in an engineering, design, and manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive 3D Solid Works experience (must have).
  • Proactive problem solver with strong analytical thinking and a good attention to detail.

Salary is up to £42,000, depending on experience.
