Regional Sales Manager required to drive regional sales within the district heating industry. Must have proven sales success in District Heating / District Energy or a closely related industry along with a strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, such as heat pumps.

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead business development and account management across the United Kingdom, alongside a couple of other sales colleagues. You will be working closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to grow sales and enhance brand visibility. Heat Network experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across bookings and shipments
  • Develop and manage key client relationships, becoming the Basis of Design (BoD) early in project stages
  • Create proposals, quotations, and solution-based presentations using a structured sales process
  • Expand the customer base and drive brand loyalty through campaigns and strategic engagement
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting and forecasting
  • Represent the business at industry trade events and support wider business initiatives
