We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large international manufacturing company based in Crewe. They are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and essential SAP experience.
Key Responsibilities- Processing customer orders using SAP
- Raising purchase orders via SAP
- Coordinating order dispatch
- Invoicing orders once goods are dispatched
- Communicating delivery updates to customers
- Creating part codes (full training provided)
- Managing email enquiries
- Supporting colleagues with stock enquiries using SAP
- Handling general administrative duties as required
- Preparing commercial invoices
- Managing Certificates of Conformity (CofC's)
- Booking transport and logistics
- Previous experience using SAP (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
