We are currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager for a manufacturer of compressed air technologies selling into distributors, OEM's and end users. This role would require you to have a good technical knowledge and understanding of air compressors and be comfortable working in a hybrid role managing your own schedule, visiting new and existing customers and hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share in compressed air and air treatment solutions.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and key industrial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing distributor networks, channel partners, and OEM relationships.
  • Strong technical sales background with knowledge of compressed air systems.

The salary for this role is up to £55,000, depending on experience, plus bonus and a hybrid company vehicle.
