This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, driving the strategic direction and commercial success of a technical product portfolio. The role also involves product training, enabling sales and internal teams to develop technical competence and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the product portfolio, including upgrades, rationalisation and end-of-life planning.
- Conduct internal and external product training to develop technical knowledge and product understanding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and marketing teams to support product launches, tender submissions, and promotional activities.
- Lead the handling of product complaints, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Maintain product documentation, data sheets, and approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, technical sales, or product engineering, ideally within the water industry.
- Strong technical and project management background, combined with commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline desirable.
- Experience in the water or process industries is an advantage.
