Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, a Renewables company who are on the lookout for a Sales Consultant to cover the North-East. The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with renewable technologies and will work as part of a people facing role whilst building positive relationships leading to new opportunities.

Sales Consultant Job Overview

  • Respond warmly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries, guiding people through their options with clarity and care.
  • Carry out supportive and respectful home surveys to understand customer needs and gather information for accurate system design.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities to connect with developers, contractors, and partners.
  • Keep CRM records up-to-date and help share insights that support team learning and improvement.

Sales Consultant Job Requirements

  • Experience in a customer facing sales role - ideally in renewables or home improvement sectors.
  • Able to use CRM systems to stay organised and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Full UK Driving License.
