Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, an Engineering company who are on the lookout for a Junior Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be based in Chessington and will have experience supporting tech sales in an Engineering capacity and work as part of the wider sales team, with the opportunity to progress into an Estimator role.

Job Overview

  • Responsibility for preparing quotations, client proposals and bid submissions for review and approval by sales lead.
  • Leading our response for preparing and submitting quotes for lifecycle replacement components.
  • Supporting sales team with client meetings, preparation of presentations and liaising with prospects.
  • Providing post sales client support, obtaining customer service feedback and collating customer service stats.
  • Regularly updating our CRM systems (HubSpot) and collating reports on successful sales conversion rates and sales cycle data.
  • Supporting the business planning and forecasting for sales and revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
