To support the company in a Technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & carry out development & application test work in accordance with current appliance safety standards / current & up & coming legislation / customer specifications on prototype & existing heating appliances within Health & Safety Regulations.
• Burner Prototyping: Fully pre-mixed & atmospheric gas burners.
• Design & build test rigs for prototype burners.
• Practical burner performance testing & data analysis.
• Formulate test reports and communicate to Senior Management & customers.
• Equipment calibration & maintenance
• Special gas stock control.
• Provide technical hands support to the OEM’s both on & off site.
• Provide Technical representation for Industry trade shows.
• Maintain technical / market awareness of activities within our industry
• Secondary responsibilities

Secondary responsibilities

• Production & Quality dept support: Reporting to Dept Mgrs with product knowledge & technical advice, component mod’s, concessions.
• Factory Maintenance support: Reporting to Facilities Mgr with technical system knowledge regarding bespoke plant requirements.
